About This Product

A scroll compressor has two spiral-shaped scrolls. One is stationary, and the other orbits around it (it does not rotate). Air gets trapped between the spirals and pushed toward the center, where it exits at high pressure.

There are no valves, no pistons, and very few moving parts. This makes scroll compressors the quietest type available — some models measure below 55 dB(A).

For applications requiring 0.24 to 6.0 m³/min of oil-free air, the scroll compressor is a reliable choice. Hospitals, laboratories, dental offices, and food production lines use them where noise and air quality both matter.

Modular Multi-Scroll

Larger models use 2, 3, 4, or 6 individual scroll modules working in parallel. If one module needs service, the others keep running.

Extremely Low Noise

The orbital motion produces almost no vibration. These machines can be installed in the same room as workers without hearing protection.

Long Maintenance Interval

No oil changes. Main maintenance is air filter replacement every 2,000 hours and scroll element inspection at 20,000 hours.
