Dry Oil Free Screw Compressor

Product Description

In an oil-free screw compressor, the two rotors do not touch each other or the housing. Precision timing gears keep them synchronized with a small gap between them. No oil enters the compression chamber.

The rotors are coated with a PTFE-based layer that handles the minor contact forces and protects against corrosion. Because there is no oil to seal gaps, two stages of compression are used to reach 7–10 bar.

The resulting air meets ISO 8573-1 Class 0 for oil content — meaning zero detectable oil, not just low levels. This is mandatory for pharmaceutical tableting, food packaging, and semiconductor fabrication.

Zero Oil Carry-Over

No oil injected means no oil filters, no oil separators, and no risk of oil reaching your product or process.

Stainless Steel Intercooler

The intercooler between stages is stainless steel to prevent corrosion from moisture in the compressed air.

Coated Rotors

The rotor coating handles dry contact without lubrication. Coating life is rated at 20,000+ hours before recoating.
