Fixed Speed Screw Air Compressor

Product Description

The fixed speed screw compressor runs its motor at one constant RPM. When air demand drops, the machine unloads but the motor keeps spinning. This design is straightforward and costs less upfront than variable speed models.

Inside the unit, two helical rotors mesh together in a cast iron housing. Air enters one end, gets compressed between the rotors, and exits at the set pressure. Oil injected during compression seals gaps and removes heat.

These compressors suit factories where air demand stays relatively flat — stamping lines, continuous blasting operations, or plants running round-the-clock at similar loads.

Cast Iron Air End

The compression element uses a cast iron housing with precision-machined rotors. Bearings are rated for 60,000+ hours.

Simple Controls

A basic PLC panel shows discharge pressure, temperature, running hours, and fault codes. Start and stop is one button.

Oil Separation System

A three-stage oil separation process brings residual oil content below 3 ppm at the air outlet.
