About This Product

Some gases do not fit neatly into standard compressor categories. Biogas from anaerobic digesters contains methane, CO₂, and traces of H₂S. LPG is a liquid at moderate pressure. Ammonia is toxic and corrosive. Each of these needs a compressor built with the right materials and safety systems.

We start with the gas analysis — composition, temperature, moisture content, and any contaminants. From there, the compressor type (screw, piston, or diaphragm), materials of construction, seal types, and safety instrumentation are selected.

These are project-based machines. Lead time is typically 8–14 weeks. Each unit ships with a test certificate showing performance against the agreed specification.

H₂S in biogas requires stainless steel internals. Ammonia requires copper-free materials. LPG requires seals rated for liquefied gas service. Materials are chosen per application.
