Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our air compressors, from product selection to after-sales support.

Product Selection

It depends on your air demand, operating pressure, and duty cycle. Rotary screw compressors are ideal for continuous industrial use with stable, high-volume output. Piston (reciprocating) compressors suit intermittent, lower-volume applications. Tell us your required flow rate (CFM or m³/min), working pressure (bar or PSI), and application details — our engineers will recommend the best match.
A fixed-speed compressor runs at constant speed regardless of demand. A VSD compressor automatically adjusts motor speed to match real-time air consumption, saving 20%–40% on energy costs. VSD is especially beneficial if your air demand fluctuates throughout the day.
Oil-free compressors are essential when air purity is critical — food & beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics, medical devices, and textile production. They deliver Class 0 oil-free air per ISO 8573-1. For general industrial use where trace oil is acceptable, oil-injected models offer a lower upfront cost.
We offer compressors from 7.5 kW to 630 kW, with working pressures from 7 bar (100 PSI) to 40 bar (580 PSI). Special high-pressure models for PET bottle blowing (30–40 bar) and laser cutting applications are also available.
Yes. We provide turnkey solutions including the air compressor, air dryer (refrigerated or desiccant), inline filters, air receiver tank, piping layout recommendations, and centralized control systems. This ensures all components are matched for optimal performance.
Yes. Two-stage screw compressors deliver 10%–15% energy savings compared to single-stage units at the same pressure. They are particularly effective for applications requiring 10 bar and above.
Air-cooled is simpler to install and suits most climates. Water-cooled is recommended for high ambient temperatures (above 40°C), large-capacity units, or environments where waste heat recovery is planned. We help you choose based on your site conditions.

Quality & Certifications

Our products are CE certified (Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive, EMC Directive) for the European market. We also hold ISO 9001 quality management certification. Depending on the model and destination, we can provide UL, CSA, ASME, SASO, and other regional certifications upon request.
Every compressor undergoes a full-load performance test before leaving our factory. We provide a test report including discharge volume, pressure, power consumption, temperature, vibration, and noise levels. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or TÜV can be arranged at the buyer's request.
Yes. We supply air receiver tanks certified to ASME (for North America) and PED 2014/68/EU (for Europe). Each tank comes with a material certificate, pressure test report, and the required stamps or markings.
Our compressors use IE3 or IE4 premium efficiency motors to meet EU ErP Directive and other international energy efficiency standards. Our VSD models exceed minimum efficiency requirements in most markets.
Yes. We test noise levels per ISO 2151 standards. Most of our enclosed screw compressors operate between 65–75 dB(A). Reports are available for each model to support your local environmental permit applications.

Customization & OEM

Absolutely. We offer customization including voltage/frequency (380V/50Hz, 460V/60Hz, 220V/60Hz, etc.), color, logo, control panel language, ambient temperature rating, altitude derating, and special material options for corrosive environments.
Yes. We work with partners worldwide on OEM (your brand on our standard products) and ODM (custom-designed products to your requirements). Minimum order quantities and lead times vary — contact us for details.
Yes. Just tell us your local voltage, frequency, and phase requirements. We configure the motor and electrical system accordingly and provide a wiring diagram in your language.

Pricing & Payment

Send us your requirements — air flow, pressure, application, destination country, and quantity. We typically respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and in some cases D/P (Documents against Payment). For new customers, our standard term is 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, more flexible terms can be arranged.
We commonly trade on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP terms. FOB and CIF are most popular. If you're unsure which term suits you best, our trade team will advise based on your experience and logistics capabilities.
Yes. We offer tiered pricing for larger quantities. Full container loads (FCL) also reduce per-unit shipping costs. Contact us with your projected annual volume for the best pricing.

Shipping & Logistics

All units are packed in ISPM 15 compliant fumigation-free plywood cases, secured on steel skids with shock-absorbing pads and strapping. Packaging is designed to withstand ocean freight handling. Customized packaging for oversized units is available.
Standard models: 7–15 days. Customized or large-capacity units: 20–35 days. Lead times may vary during peak season — we recommend confirming with your sales contact at the time of order.
Under CIF or DDP terms, we arrange ocean freight and insurance to your destination port or door. We work with experienced freight forwarders who handle all export documentation. Under FOB terms, we deliver to the agreed port and the buyer arranges onward logistics.
Rotary/screw compressors typically fall under HS 8414.40. Piston compressors fall under HS 8414.80. Air receiver tanks are classified under HS 7311. We provide the correct HS code on all commercial documents to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Installation & Commissioning

Yes. We offer multiple levels of support: detailed installation manuals (English and other languages), video guides, remote video commissioning assistance, and on-site installation supervision by our engineers (travel costs apply or can be included in the contract).
A well-ventilated room with ambient temperature below 40°C, a level concrete floor capable of supporting the unit's weight, appropriate electrical supply matching the machine's specifications, and adequate drainage for condensate. We provide a complete installation checklist with every order.
Yes. We offer training programs covering daily operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Training can be conducted at our factory, at your site, or via online sessions.

After-Sales Service & Spare Parts

Standard warranty is 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment date, whichever comes first. The airend (compression element) carries an extended warranty of up to 2–5 years depending on the model. Wear parts (filters, belts, lubricant) are excluded.
We maintain a dedicated export spare parts department. Common wear parts (air filters, oil filters, oil separators, belts, lubricant) ship within 48 hours. We also recommend a starter spare parts kit with every new machine to minimize downtime.
Contact our after-sales hotline or email. We provide remote diagnostics via video call to identify the issue quickly. If a part needs replacing, we arrange express shipment. For markets with authorized service partners, local support is available within 24–48 hours.
We have authorized distributors and service partners across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe. We are actively expanding our global service network. Contact us to find your nearest service point.
Yes. We offer annual maintenance agreements that include scheduled service kits, priority technical support, and discounted spare parts. This helps you plan maintenance budgets and reduce unplanned downtime.

Technical Troubleshooting

Possible causes include clogged intake filters, air leaks in the piping system, incorrect pressure settings, or operation at high altitude or high ambient temperature. Check and replace filters, inspect piping for leaks, and verify your operating conditions against the machine's rated specifications.
Common causes: blocked or dirty cooler fins, insufficient ventilation, low or degraded lubricant, or ambient temperature exceeding design limits. Clean the cooler, ensure proper airflow in the compressor room, and replace lubricant on schedule.
Compressed air naturally contains moisture. An air dryer (refrigerated or desiccant type) must be installed downstream. Also ensure condensate drains on the receiver tank and drip legs are functioning and being emptied regularly.
Check if the oil separator element has reached the end of its service life (typically every 4,000–8,000 hours). Also verify the minimum pressure valve is seating properly and the oil level is not overfilled.
